Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders received within one working day of receipt.

We ship items using Royal Mail and for some larger items by courier.

Most UK items will arrive within 2 or 3 days of being sent.

Orders sent to Europe or further afield may take longer. 

We cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during shipping, and any damage should be taken up with either Royal Mail or the courier.

However, we will do our best to assist in any claim for damage you may make.

In the rare instance your order may be very heavy or bulky and we are unable to deliver at our quoted rates we will advise you accordingly.

We are not responsible for any customs duty or any other duties imposed upon you and advise that you check for any such duties before placing your order.
